The beginning of Greydien't journey

Cohort 1 marked the beginning of Greydient’s pilot journey to help digital learners gain practical work experience and move from learning to earning.

The pilot attracted 50 applications and supported participants across pathways including Digital Marketing and Software Engineering. From this group, 9 participants successfully completed the cohort, including 6 women and 3 men.

Cohort 1 helped validate the importance of structured remote internships, mentorship, portfolio development, and career transition support in helping learners prepare for real opportunities.
