Built on insights from our pilot, this cohort offers structured remote internships, mentorship, portfolio development, and career transition support to prepare participants for real opportunities in the digital economy.

For Cohort 2, we are also placing stronger emphasis on increasing the participation of women and expanding access to practical work experience.
